Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a severe form of PMS (premenstrual syndrome), which affects about 5 percent of menstruating women. Like PMS, PMDD occurs the week before the onset of menstruation and disappears a few days thereafter. Females between 18 and 49 who are in good health and have symptoms consistent with a diagnosis of PMDD for at least one year may be eligible. Research site located in Washington, DC.
This study will determine whether two medicines, bicalutamide (anti-androgen) and anastrozole (aromatase inhibitor), will help boys who have started puberty too early. Testotoxicosis is a condition that causes early puberty in boys including growth in height, and development of muscles and sexual organs.
