Is soya milk better than dairy?

I am confused by advice regarding dairy versus soya products.

Is it better to drink organic semi-skimmed milk, which contains natural vitamins and minerals, or to drink soy milk, which is essentially a processed product to which these substances and sugar have been added?

Which type has better benefits for your health? Which is best on balance? Thanks.
