Terms & conditions
- Offer includes a free cut and finish (blow dry) only. Any additional services taken up will be charged at normal rate by the salon.
- The salon has the right to choose the level of technician who will carry out the service as well as the day of the week that the reader can take up the offer.
- No more than one Hair Group voucher per person can be redeemed in a 12 month period.
- Appointments during busy periods (eg Christmas) may be subject to additional restrictions and therefore lead to increased waiting times.
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age and UK residents.
- There is no cash alternative.
- Once allocated to a salon the voucher is valid for 3 months.
- All entries must be on original coupon vouchers. No photocopies accepted.
- Incorrectly completed, photocopied, damaged or defaced coupon vouchers will not be accepted.
- Entrants will be contacted within 30 days of receipt of details by any form of communication The Hair Group deems appropriate.
- Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
- All Hair Group salons trade under their own names and are independent companies.
